Keyword Search box help

I've added keywords in Pacasa2 on my computer, and uploaded the photos to my SmugMug account. I've also clicked on each photo, and selected Edit Keyword. My keywords (actually numbers) show up, and I click on save. The prompt then changes from Edit to Add. But when I do a search for a number I know exists, I get no results. I have the keyword "wheelchair" on some images, and if I search for that, the images show up, but not the numbers.

How can I get the numbers to be searchable?

    They'll need quotes around them. But you can't do that in Picasa. Just do it in the bulk keyword tool.

    Thanks Dave. I guess that means if I have 5 numbers as keywords on one photo, I need to insert ten quotation marks, correct? Or is there a way to bulk add quotes to all keywords?

    Is there another program (simular to pacasa) which will take the quotes on my computer, then upload them?
