Spent the day at the zoo last weekend. Of the many shots, two of them I think are worth sharing. I only use a point and shoot so I'm limited...

Gargoyles:

Please feel free to critique, I need the help.

Love that first shot. Don't worry about your equipment as long as you compose well and use the light you will get fine shots.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Both are good shots, gargoyles is really cool.

A good photographer with a P&S will do better than a mediocre photographer with the fanciest SLR on the market. You seem to be doing well with a P&S. No need to upgrade until you feel that you have reached the limit of what you can do with it.
