Good thinking!! Although - I've just spent $760 AUS on the Macro Twin lite MT-24EX (bought from B&H in the states) and if I say to the other half, ok, lets ge me this - I'm not really quite sure how that would go down at this stage. No harm in checking them out though is there!! :ivar

Just as a matter of interest with several of these shots I was fighting against bright low strong sunlight. This tends to give very high contast images with a lot of specular highlights (which I'm not fond of). So I was effectively trying to get the flash as the main light source and only partially succeeding (last 2 shots).
