    Nice perspective! I don't think this shot would be nearly as provocative if the sun wasn't hiding just behind the tree. thumb.gif

    I think you're right.

    Ed, it's a rockin' lens. A bit off in the corners thought.

    The first one is great, Ian. I really love the depth it shows. The arching tree limb, the dead branches on the ground, and the mountain in the background. Very nice light.

    You can definitely see the distortion at the corners on the second one. Are you shooting full frame or cropped sensor? Looks like a beautiful day.
