Thanks for commenting, Michael. I, too, pondered with the edges. I stuck with a 2:1 aspect ratio so this is what came out. I may play a bit more with it.

Thanks. I was a bit inspired while working on someone else's photo. Sometimes others can really help you out when you least expect it.

The B&W's can have quite a strong impact.

Thanks a lot, Skippy. I am trying to convince the wife to let me head off to the National Gardens for some shooting (orchid exhibit showing). I have to go a weekday so I can bring my tripod - I think I have to make a request to bring it, too.
