Watch the Birdie....
Caught a couple yesterday that are OK(IMHO)... and thought I would share.
First a couple of Chickadee's

A couple of geese....

And a Woodpecker. Don't know what kind, but he must've been 8-10 inches tall. This is as close as I could get with a 28-135.

Enjoy....and Thanks for Looking.

Nice shots and the chickadee shots were amazing. I never got an egret to land on my hand.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Now, If you could only get that big one to sit on your finger....

The woodpecker appears to be the Northern "Red-shafted" Flicker. Flickers are woodpeckers. They are one, if not the only, woodpecker with a brown back in North America.
