Kingston memory card problem

I just received my kingston elite pro 8gig, 133x CF card from B and H yesterday. Last night I shot around 170 images and everything worked fine. Today I shoot around 20 images on the card and I get an error. When I format the card it either tells me the card is full. The current folder is full or after it is done formatting it says it is still not formatted.

I am using a Canon 5D which I bought used, but in mint condition. I just got back from Best Buy where I bought a 4 gig Sandisk card and it seems to be working perfectly so I am pretty sure its not the camera.

Has anyone been having problems with Kingston CF cards?

thanks

Most likely you got a bad card. You could try formatting it with your computer or another camera body (at a store if you don't have one available).

I have been using a Kingston 4gb card for about a year without any problems. I would send it back to B&H they are good about replacing defective products.

I tried formatting in the computer. no luck. It actually crashes disk utility on my Mac. So I will send it back to B&H. Already sent them an email. Thanks.
