Another GREAPER morning (long post)
I really wanted to go out and shoot (with my camera) some ducks today as I have the day off. I was pretty dissappointed with the heavy cloud cover and low light levels.
The day did start with a brief sunrise.

I did happen across this fellow (I haven't seen more than 2 of these my whole life and here I see two a week apart). He never broke out from this heavy grass he was in, so this is the best shot I got.

I did manage a decent shot of a Redhead Duck

I did see a few GBHs today... Soon I may even start seein EGRETS!!!!

I managed a couple of decent shots of this Ring Necked Duck

And what would bird shooting be without a Canada Goose or two....

I hope you enjoyed them. Thanks for looking.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

...and bunches of Canon lenses - I'm equipment rich and dollar poor!
The temps need to rise 20 degrees before I will start seein Egrets again, but praise from you means a lot.
Thanks Harry
A really bad day in the wild beets a day at work anytime.
