can't log out

When I click "log out" I'm still logged in. Also when I click on "2 new messages" I get a "done" sign but a blank screen. Thanks.

    Hi Lucy,

    Sounds like you have a bad cookie in your browser maybe.

    Can you please clear your cache and delete your browser cookies to see if that resolves the issue?

    Clearing Cache and Cookies in Microsoft® Internet Explorer 7.0:

    1. From the *|Tools|* menu, select *|Internet Options... |*.
    2. Choose the *|General|* tab.
    3. Under *|Browsing history|*, click *|Delete... |*.
    4. Next to "Temporary Internet Files", click *|Delete files... |*.
    5. Next to "Cookies", click *|Delete cookies... |*.
    5. Click *|Close|*, and then click *|OK|* to exit.

    Clearing Cache and Cookies in Microsoft® Internet Explorer 6.0:

    1. From the *|Tools|* menu, select *|Internet Options... |*.
    2. Choose the *|General|* tab.
    3. In the "Temporary Internet Files" section, click *|Delete
    Files... |*.
    4. To confirm the deletion, click *|OK|*.
    5. In *Tools | Internet Options*.
    6. Click *Delete Cookies*.
    7. In the |Internet Options| dialog box, click *|OK|*.

    Clearing Cache and Cookies in Firefox 2.0:

    From the *|Tools|* menu, select *|Clear Private Data|*, and then choose *|Cache|*.

    Cookies in Firefox:

    1. Open Firefox and go to * Tools | Options*.
    2. Click *Privacy*.
    3. Click the "Show Cookies" button and then click the *Remove All
    Cookies* button.

    Clearing Cache and Cookies in Safari for Macintosh OS X:

    1. Open Safari.
    2. Click on Safari in the upper left of your monitor.
    3. Select Empty Cache.
    4. Click Empty on the Are you sure message box.
    5. Exit and relaunch the browser.

    Cookies in Safari:

    1. Choose Preferences from Safari menu
    2. Select Security icon
    3. Press Show Cookies button
    4. Select the Cookies to be deleted from the list
    5. Press Delete button
