Here's a first post for me. C/C welcome.
Went to the Ft. Worth Zoo not so long ago and came back with a few snapshots.
Starting with the birds, we have some flamingoes, Red Breasted Geese, a Bald Eagle, and a Roseate Spoonbill.
Moving on to mammals, we saw some primates, meerkats, cats, etc.
And here's a couple of reptiles to finish off the tour:
Zoos actually kind of depress me, but it's a good opportunity to get a lot of shooting in I guess.

I like your composition in the Gorilla shot showing us where he is looking.
The Meercat shot is priceless.
I agree Zoo's do seem a bit depressing with the animals all cooped up.
