Spring! And a few birds.
The first warmish day for a while, and I went out to see what was about. :scratch Dunno what some are, so IDs appreciated :thumb C&C also welcome.
#1 I have a feeling someone ID'd this as a Savannah Sparrow for me another time.
#2 Shrike (I think)
#3 And again (cute little fella)
#4 no idea :dunno

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Thanks Jeff. And actually, yes, I am having almost that exact problem, but I was putting it down to the Bigma. Is that the problem you had?? Is it easily fixed?? Sheeeeeeet! I'm only in Japan for another few week, so it will be a hassle getting it fixed if it is the camera...

Its easy Mike, just enlarge the pic on your PC screen until you have the eyes large enough to select them with the "lasso" tool. Once you have the eyes selected apply USM to the selection (only the eyes will be sharpened).
If the eyes still don't stand out then lighten the selection.
