    Some Comments
    The flowers themselves are very pretty, and the green and white leaves are also very nice. The sharpness and large depth of field on this shot is very good, though I think it might be better to allow the background to be less sharp if you're going to shoot top-down. A less everyday angle also might be more interesting. Some things to try for next time, perhaps.

    Nice looking flowers. We had some of these pop up in the front garden last week. Was surprised to see them as we didn't even plant them. We got a few whites ones and about 10 purple ones. The blooms only lasted about 6 days. Now I'm waiting for more so I can get some shots.

    Yes, I agree, but this shot was requested this way by the gardener (Honey, try to get a shot straight down into the inside!). So I tried to spice it up a little w/ lighting and large DOF.bowdown.gif
