Yup...I agree...way to soft...unfortunately it's one of those where she ran across the frame looked up and when I snaped off the shot. it wasn't in complete focus. Hopefully I'll get her to actually pose for me soon

Thanks Jeff...yes it is tough at times....I'm working on wasy to get more opportunities to shoot in my "psuedo" stduio. I'm really excited about the new gear!!!
One trick is to use a long lens and stay further away.... I also think this looks oversharpened maybe? Maybe it's my eyes.... (And my uncalibrated monitor!)

It's so hard to photograph the little ones when they're constantly moving! But you made a strong effort here.

I actually envy you having a little one around to photograph.
Mine, of course, are old enough to be more cooperative, but things are definately more complicated.
