Glad your putting that lens to good use. I've always felt it got an ill deserved bad rap...
Speaking of bad raps-
Sounds like most of the folks with late models are pretty happy, but I'm not ready to believe any of the internet group speak BS (good or bad) until I get the camera in my hands. No doubt some of the early adopters have had a nightmare scenario but alot has happened since then and the net buzz is even further from reliable than baseline...
