Pricing - Protfolio vs Gallery

So I went ahead and did a portfolio level pricing to set a bit of a baseline. I then went to a gallery and tried to set the gallery level to a price lower then the porfolio (smugmug default). But whenever I check the pricing for my customers it is still set to the portfoliio prices. But if I were to
raise the prices then it works fine. :scratch

Thanks!

Did you try reseting your cookies, or clearing your cache. It may not be loading the new info from the site, because the pages are already loaded. Also you could try holding CTRL when clicking refresh, it forces a new reload from the site, not from whats already in the cache.
"A photo is like a hamburger. You can get one from McDonalds for $1, one from Chili's for $5, or one from Ruth's Chris for $15. You usually get what you pay for, but don't expect a Ruth's Chris burger at a McDonalds price, if you want that, go cook it yourself." - me

When you say 'SmugMug default' are you trying to price at our default prices? If so, the Portfolio pricing won't let you. You will need to mark-up .01 (one cent) over default prices. Shoot me a galelry link and I will check for you..

You hit the nail on the head. That was exactly it. I just did smugmug default and then a .01 increase and we're good to go. Awesome!
