Custom Hostname problem

I've registered my domain name through Joker and followed the steps right up to this last one where I get this message. Can anyone get me fixed up?

Hi, your custom host name is pinging to 69.39.226.204 which is NOT us It probably means you haven't waited long enough like we say on our help page, 24-48 hours (that's Joker, not us)... if its' something else, write our help desk, ATTN: Doc and we'll get you sorted out in no time

Thanks Andy. I'll hold off on that. I've got a few other irons in the fire tonight, so I'll likely be asking for more help SOON!
