Is there Template for print service and offerings?
I noticed some smug websites had some Help pages that described 100% print guarantee. They look very professional

Is there a place where we can copy this information so we can put it on our website? Are there templates and faq's we can copy?

Sure, you can copy our pages if you like.

Go to our Guarantee page: http://www.smugmug.com/prints/our-guarantee.mg
<!-- Start Content --><!-- End Content --> View source with your browser and look for 'Start Content' copy all the code down to 'End Content' and paste it in a 'html only' gallery in the gallery description.

It should look like this: http://www.smugmug.com/gallery/4277109_mRiBp

The same is true with our 'prints & gifts' page: http://www.smugmug.com/prints/catalog.mg

Thanks. I am setting it up right now :) Also i have seen smugmug user set it up so that it tells the customer to email them instead of smugmug instead if they are unhappy. I was going to do the same.
So what do i need to get from the customer to setup returns from customer? order number? etc
I am thinking i can probably direct them to smugmug 800 customer service number right?

Another alternative would be to post a link to the guarantee in your bio like I did here. www.zackjonesphotography.net

here is the code to add feel free to change verbage to your taste. You will have to remove the space between < and / after "click here"

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. To read up on our guarantee click">http://www.smugmug.com/prints/our-guarantee.mg">click here< /a>

I created the HTML page, I inserted the code in the desciption, I added the code to CSS and I still can not get the new page to show up? I am sure I did something wrong, but even with trial and error I cant figure it out.

The page I am adding is for products without the prices next to them
Any help would be greatly appreciated

You'll need to create your own version of the pricing page. Follow the instructions in richW's post above to do that.

    Hi,
I tried following the directions here for adding the "our guarantee" to my navbar, but I can't seem to get it quite right. I keep getting this line

    p { margin-bottom: 10px !important; }

    showing outside the box.

    Can someone please help?

www.goldenstarphoto.com and then click on "Guarantee" on the navbar.

    Thanks in advance!

Make sure you place all the code between < html > < /html > in the gallery description. (spaces added for posting)

    Nice product page
I have been searching for a products page after seeing .longislandimage.com and have not been able to come up with a similar looking page. I copied all html info and that is not even working out. The background is not filling in behind the products on the right side. That is the first issue. The second is I really like his, lol, and I would like to do something very similar.
thanks in advance for any help.bowdown.gifdunno

I think I found a mistake ona page...

I think I found a glitch in the prints & gifts page. On the prints & gifts page, SM lists a 4x8 photo photo card, in boxes of 20, 50 & 100. I don't see that product on my prices page. There is a 4x8 photo, but not a photo card in those volumes. I have looked, but I could be blind.ne_nau.gif

I noticed the same issue for the fotoflōts & photo books.

If these aren't offered anymore, just let us know so that we can take them off of the page in our site. Thanks.
