Workin on my black and whites plz C&C

So im having a black and white period now..And im after that rough noisy feeling.

Can i go more rough on these images?. what ya think?.

    The first and third I really like. The first is just rough enough. You might be able to push the roughness a little more in the third, but I wouldn't go any darker. These both have a nice mood to them: dark and somewhat haunting. thumb.gif

    The second one is a nice idea, but the conversion is a bit too muddy for the stark emotion you're trying to show. The selective coloring and centered subject also detract from the strength you're trying to convey. The blurring, however, I really like. Gives the sense a rabid werewolf is barreling toward the victim and seconds away from striking. :D

    Allright i can go for one without the selective coloring. Was just a thing i wanted to try here. I agree with you that i might do better without.
