Black Squirrel

I've tried quite a few times to get a good pic of one of these little guys, but they're pretty fast and it's hard to get oen where they aren't just a black blob! I finally got one that stayed still long enough:

    you need a squirrel dog. My australian shepherd runs up and barks, forcing the squirrel to my side of the tree, usually for future dinner purposes - but would work the same for photos :)

    Thanks all! I just got a decent enough lens to shoot wildlife with (sigma 18-200, had been using the canon kit lens which was like 18-55 I think), so I've been having fun playing around when I get a chance.
