Altering the High Speed Synch on a 580 Flash

I have obviusly mislaid my manual for my Canon 580 Mk11 flash. Can anyone tell me in simple terms how to increase the High Speed Synch from 1/250 as I would like to have a go at some water droplet shots with my MP-e 65 and 40D.
