Nice to see a forum finally dedicted to Holy Macro :thumb

So how you lot going anyway. Thought I might pop on by and say howdy.

The original shot and the challenge was to hide the fence and isolate the rose

Out came Photoimpact and a lot of cutting, copying and using the perspective and effects filters.

Just another variation with using PI tools.

All the best as always folks.

    Hi Danny
Nice to see you again. Cool stuff. Do you use PS or PSP? - there are tools for ridding backgrounds that are supposed to be easier than cutting the images from them. I often revert to cutting though.

Howdy Ann, been awhile and great to see you. Ahhh, I use Photoimpact and the idea is to change the images totally. I now find myself taking shots like this one, with the results in mind. So backgrounds don't count to what I have in mind afterwards.

All the best Ann and again, a pleasure to see you.

    Danny.

Beautiful rose shots and the rest that go with them. There are no roses out at the moment where I am.
