Evening Krokus

its finally warm enough here for me to get outside and play with my macro lens. i only bought it a few months ago so i havent had any opportunities to go outside and take macro shots.

here is a soft and somewhat dreamy photo of a krokus that is starting to bloom in our yard.

The actual flower head is not unlike a Tulip in shape.

thanks everyone. i noticed yesterday, right before it began to rain, that we also have some purple and white ones coming up. i wonder how photogenic they will be.
