Still stuck in the cold until my vaction finally arrives at the end of this month. This is the first time I've posted a shot in a while, but I have been following all the great work here:clap

Thanks Jeff! Its for sure an upgrade in weight and difficulty without the IS...but rewarding as it has forced me to try and develop some long lens technique and to better plan/pre visualize my shots.
Heres one using some stalking and the 100-400 IS

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Thanks! Its taken some time for this little dude to let me get anywhere near him. Hope he knows the cursing was for the squirrels

Thanks Harry. I may need to repost the first shot after some re-processing. I'm still working on my web output workflow and it looks like I botched the color correction on the first one

Thanks so much!
Thanks saurora. I was just happy to have a spot of sunshine for once I didn't even care about the minor flurry happening around me
hopefully it warms up soon for you so you can continue to produce
more of these cool images
Hi Jeff.. Beautiful shot. You need to keep this one for a Greeting Card.
