Thanks! I thought it was student housing at first, but I saw an article about this building in the papers, actually, and it supposedly is a former retirement/nursing home.
Are all buildings there so colorful? If they are, it wouldn't surprise me.
I'm assuming they removed the furniture, right? Otherwise I imagine it'd be kind of like looking up into a giant doll house.
Hahaha, I don't think all the buildings are that colorful, although that would be fun
There were some things still in the rooms, but mainly boards, doors, etc. I think I saw a few cupboards as well.... A life-size doll-house, how cool would that be?

I guess we could just look around our own houses, right?
So what's the status of the building now, do you know?
The colors interesting, but I haven't been able to figure out yet if they were 'by accident' or that it was 'planned'.
If there was a plan with all those colours on it, I'm pretty sure it would also had to have involved tearing the wall off and having some pictures taken.
Come to think of it, doesn't sound far fetched at all really.

Yes, it's still standing, and hasn't really changed from when I shot it. I think the 'main' demolition starts on April 24. I'll get you a shot from the entire building, as soon as I have put back my LR-catalog backup

Nice work!
Thanks! Yeah, I'm not sure if it was a plan or not, but it just looks too coincidental to not be a plan, you know what I mean?
Comments

It’s almost like the colorful people grouped together. Like the Stick man holding up the wall. MM
