    To mono tone. Get yourself a true black point and fix the midrange contrast.

    That last one is too contrasty. Or at least, the blacks have taken over the midtones.

    What sorta strikes me is, "what are you trying to say with this photo?" If you don't REALLY know, we won't know. Which makes it just an average photo... especially in B&W where people can't get distracted by pretty colors.
