May I introduce... the Brown Pelican
Brown Pelicans are my favorite bird to photograph. They have character, large wing spans, are graceful in flight, and are even great at sky diving ;-)
I have thousands of photos of brown pelicans, in flight, sleeping, eating, you name it, I've captured them doing it.
Sorry for the watermarks... that's how they are in my gallery at present and yes, I'm working on shrinking / re-designing my watermark a bit.
Enjoy!
They are almost constantly preening themselves...as if they have a date :-)
They can be shy and are sometimes seen doing unusual things
Other times, they'll pose for you, willingly
Look at the beautifuil feather pattern on this one

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

How's this for an improvement on my gallery watermarkings?
I think this one has MUCH more class than what I had before and, have switched most images to this new one... a few more to go.
You'll notice all the images in this thread now have my new / improved / less obnoxious watermark :-)
Thank you for your opin!
