Moving pictures to new gallery

I am sure I have done it before but I have lost where move pictures command is. I looked in photo tools and gallery tools and can't find it. Using regular account not pro or power.:dunno

I want to high grade my galleries so my so-so (at least the ones I think are so-so) are in private galleries

It's in the photo tools drop-down for the gallery (well, I guess I shouldn't call it a drop-down since it actually pops up...). If you don't see it, try showing the gallery in smugmug style. I've included a screen shot below, holler if that doesn't help.
