I took a series of images from the jefferson memorial over a year ago, during christmas holiday in washington d.c. i tried stitching them, as i thought it would be fun to see the result.

The original was 31,653 x 9,291 pixels and came in at 1.25GB saved as a .psb. I had to resize it to 5000 pixels on the long end and as a .png to preserve the transparency.
The thing didn't blend so i'll have to work on that.

Thanks for looking!

Not sure how you managed to get it that shape headscratch.gif
Where you hand holding the camera?
All your join marks are on almost a 45 Degree angle and quite visible.

If you get the opportunity to go back and shoot it again,
Take a tripod....I'd try for a better composition maybe get the whole statue in the PANO.

The image as is would not take well to cropping to square it all up.

Good try on your part, hope you get a second chance at it thumb.gif

PSCS2 or PSCS3. I have seen demos of CS3 that whould lead me to beleve it would do better with this if you used CS2.

I like it, including the way it hooks at either end.
