    Thats a great Moon shot you got yourself there clap.gif
    The second shot is interesting too, the blown highlights on the right of the image detract from the image, wonder if a tighter crop to take that out would work?

    Looks great as a coloured Silhouette........too bad you gotta give the lens back hu? thumb.gif .... Skippy :D

    Skippy, The second shot is of the sun setting behind some reeds on the lake. They looked as if they where of fire so I thought it was cool.

    As for the lens... Renting one is a cheap way to find out if you like it. This lens however I will be returning. Its not a bad lens, just very slow. In fact if you want to force yourself to learn how to manual focus on the fly I would recomend (for Nikon folks) renting one of these.
    I really like the "reach" of the lens but the auto focus is not for me. I wait it out until I can afford a 300 f2.8. MM
