How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

It is hard to believe that such a cute lil bird with such a small bill/beak can be such an efficient predator!

    Harry,

Very strong dynamic captures here and I especially like the bullfrog--although I wish he was angled more towards us.

    As always, wonderful stuff!clap.gif

Nice series and action. I have tried to get grebes before but they always dive under water before I can get the shot off.

Thanks Jeff and excellent point about that shot with the frog. Unfortunately the little sucker wouldn't cooperate and give me a good head angle. :cry

Thanks Dave, for some reason this season we have more grebes than in the past and they are much more tolerant of a human's proximity.

    Hi y'all,

Hi Harry.. Cool series. I find these guys to be very curious. They often come swimming toward me when I am sitting close to the water. It seems like they would swim right up with a little coaxing but I haven't tried.
