Galleries ordered my name or date of included photos

Hi all,
I really love SmugMug but can't organize my photos like I do on Picasa or my laptop e.g. my date of photos taken.
As I am new to SmugMug I am uploading a lot of photos and I am not doing that in any particular order which results in the galleries not being in the order they should be - by date of photos taken. The name of the galleries is always year-month-day as I do on my computer to have them in the right order.
Any tips on how to order the galleries without having to move them manually - I already have a lot of galleries.
