It's amazing what lightroom is capable of isn't it. Especially if you have the latitude of a raw file to work with.

I still do not trust LR with sharpening or noise reduction, but I do like the way color and tones can be manipulated within the software.

I unfortunately am using a horrid laptop at the moment to view these, but my tastes are leaning me to like the monotones mostly.

I do like some of the cross process presets, although it usually takes a good bit of fiddling to get them to look the way I envision.

Thanks for commenting Jeff. You are exactly right about the raw files. I tried these presets on the jpegs at first and they were horrible. The beautiful model is my daughter.

Bet you can't shoot as fast as she can grow up.

My kids are making my head spin.....fast enough even to cause hair loss.

They do grow up quick. I'm not the best photographer, but hopefully they will have a number of pictures from each stage of their lives they will enjoy. My parents barely took any of me and I wish they had.

1 and 6 look ok to me.
Some of the differences are pretty subtle.
Lots of fun playing around with the presets!!!
