    actually just the opposite. the detail in the background cushion is distracting. i think a totally black b/g would have proven dramatic with this lighting scheme.

    I'm with Angelo - the background needs to be totally black without detail, and the fret needs to be lighter and brighter to capture and hold our interest. thumb.gif

    Do it with PS or another image editor. Here is a quick mod that only moves the middle slider in levels.
