The first just made to to look better, the second is an HDR from 3 separate exposures.

    Did you use a tripod on the HDR one? If it was as sharp as the first one it would be nice. On the other side I'm not sure HDR adds something since you already have been able to capture quite a high dynamic range in the first one. Nice skies!

    2nd was hand held, and 3 shots. First was a single image tripod mounted.
