Lifeboat under the pier

Went with some LAShooters to Santa Monica. We went under the pier and we saw a red lifeboat that stuck out, so I snapped a few shots.

    Hey thanks,
    I had to handhold the camera at like 1/6 sec to get the water to blur.

    I never really like selective stuff but that works for me...well done ! Rare that i say this either but i would buy #2....there i said it.

    Actually ...is it selective colouring on #1headscratch.gif Looking again i dont think it is.

    Hey thanks, but it's not really selective coloring. The piers are almost black and so is the sand/water b/c much of it is in the shadow. I did select the boat and increased the saturation and also the water/beach/pier but of course there isn't much color to increase when compared to the boat.

    Another in the series, I'm trying to get more forced perspective with the pole in the foreground and the line of poles in the background.
