Shopping Cart / Wrong permissions

In some of my Galleries, when I try to buy one photo, I get a "wrong permissions", page. If I you multiple photos, the shopping cart works properly.

In Safari

When I try to do the same, the photo page stays up front, and the shopping cart stays in back of photo gallery page.
Thankyou

Pamela

    Hi Pamela,

Sorry you are running into problems!

Can you give us a link to a gallery where you are seeing this problem? A gallery where you get the wrong permissions and also the problem in Safari?

In both problems , the only gallery that works correctly is the Wedding Gallery.
All the rest , in Safari , the cart stays behind the photos.
In Firefox, I get wrong permissions.
    Thankyou

Please give us a direct link to a gallery where the cart interface is 'behind' the photos okay?

On Safari, can you please empty your browser's cache, and close, reopen it, and see if the cart is "behind"?

Had to power up my olde Powerbook G4 with Safari2 on it. Validated!

it's a quirk with the way safari2 interacts with carbonite theme - is there a reason you haven't updated to the most recent version of Safari, Safari 3? It works great.

    Let us know?

Well , to be honest with you I didnt really pay attention to any browser updates. If I update this , do I have to uninstall the safari I have now?

    Also my firefox is 1.5.0.6
is that why Im getting the wrong permissions when I use that?

For any of these issues, is there something that can be done to fix this, without updating? I just concerned about others who try to make a future purchase.
    Thankyou

Yes by all means update both. No, you don't uninstall anything.

Go to www.mozilla.com for your new firefox (2.0.0.12) is the latest, and you'll get it automatically.

Go to your Apple (upper left on your mac screen) and do "Software Update" for Safari update.

You must update to make the problem go away, if you use Carbonite theme. Safari2 is not current, and the majority of mac users stay fresh (why not you? :D ) ...
