Hi Friends!
Good to be back after a while! :wave
Had been on a trip to Karla in Western India, and climbed up a little hillock!
Was generally shooting landscapes when this friend gracefully cruised in the skies and even descended a little towards me! :huh
This is the best frame I could get! :rolleyes
But frankly, I was scared - that red eye focussed on me sharply all through as I looked through the viewfinder - was unnerving to say the least! :twitch
How do birds detect a camera aimed at them? Uncanny! :yikes
Would appreciate your inputs!
Feels great to be back! :thumb

Pretty good BIF capture. Your subject is a bit under exposed. For a darker subject against a light sky you would need to do a positive exposure adjustment.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Yes indeed I would have loved to adjust that exposure a little -
The fella was cruising all over and the sky was bright and blue
but frankly I am relieved that my hands did not shake!
What is a BIF capture?
My new favorite hobby next to BOB (Birds on Branch) and MIW (Moose in Woods).

Yes indeed Tim you are spot on!
There is a mark on the lens.
You have sharp hawk eyes man!
Again in the second pic! I have noticed it also lights up in some other pics!
Any help would be sincerely appreciated.
The second picture has another spot! :cry
