WTB: Sigma 12-24 f/4.5-5.6

I'm looking to purchase a sharp newer copy of Sigma's 12-24 f/4.5-5.6 lens with warranty. I'll be using this lens on my 1d mark II, so please don't offer Sigma 10-20's.
