Hi everyone,
I am new to smugmug and thanks to thier excellent tutorial, I got my photoalbum up on my website within one day! I managed to change the header but I am having trouble adding a tiled background to the page.
On my website I have a tiled background throughout the pages. When I tried adding the html to the body section of the customization section, I just get the html text above the header and not the picutre. I uploaded the picture to one of my categories and copied the url just as I had done with the header, but it's not working. Any suggestions?

Also is there a way to get rid of all the extra fluff on the screen/ When I open my website and navigate to my photo gallery, it is still showing all the customization, and add photo etc. buttons.
If I delete them will they be available to use when I am working on the gallery?

I went ahead and added the code needed to tile your background to your customizing section under style sheets. The problem you were having before is that the link to your background image was not relative to your old site.

    Tiled background
I woke up this morning and thought the computer fairy visited my house. My tiles were there! Laughing.gif. Thanks for fixing the problem.
I have another question. I now have that tile jpg and the page header jpg in with one of my galleries. I would like to remove them , or do something with them so that visitors to my site do not see them. What do you suggest?

Make that gallery private so that only you will be able to see that gallery.

    tile background
If I create a new gallery, can I just move those files to the new gallery using smugmug? Will that break the link that you put in or will the program recognize that they were moved?

You can go ahead and move them, I linked to the original file on your other webserver. Once you move them you can edit the image pathway in the cobranding to match the new location.
