Wheeee-yoo! Beautiful! I am not so keen on the centering of the horizon but the colors are fantastic. I would want to include all of them, too. I like the anticipation of the first shot but like the illumination of the rocks in the second. thumb.gif

I'm not that familiar with SF and sweet spots... where do you have to sit to get this view? ear.gif

Thankfully no, though you did make me go and double check. Just some iso 1600 noise and some wispy clouds near the horizon.

Schmoo - the photo was taken from the peak of Mt. Tamalpais state park, a bit north of the golden gate. Getting there at this time of day is a bit tricky though. The park isn't open until after sunup, but there's been an agreement between the park rangers and the SF Bay area motorcyclists that they'll open up the park before dawn on Easter Morning, so we can ride up and watch the sunrise.

In hindsight I should have conferred with Ian to see if he was going to be in attendance, but the week prior was far too hectic.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone! :D
