bio photo, please help

<table id="post788775" class="tborder" align="center" border="0" cellpadding="4" cellspacing="0" width="100%"><tbody><tr valign="top"><td class="alt1" id="td_post_788775">i'm trying to add a bio photo for the time being.....i've gone to the gallery, clicked "this is me bio photo" NUMEROUS times and it will not show up in the bio section....

what am i doing wrong????
