Hi you all,

Normally Egret Fest ends on March 31 but this year it has been continued. In my thread announcing the end of Egret Fest Brother Williams moved that it be extended until the end of April, 2005. The motion was seconded and when no objection was made it was carried w/o dissent. In light of this semi-public semi-clamor Egret Fest will continue through April

SO LETS SEE THOSE EGRETS!!!!!!

For those of you who live in an egretless environment Trish and I ran into an excess suppy of egrets today in the Wetlands

If you need an egret please send a self addressed shipping box to Trish who will mail you back your very own egret (I would suggest overnght delivery) for a small donation. The donation should be sent to me under the name of "Harry's Home for Wayward Lenses".

I apologize for this interruption.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

    OK, I'll bite
It's nice to see Andy so excited about egrets rolleyes1.gif Now if we could only get Fish to post one eek7.gif

OK here's a rare one. Not that the Great Egret is rare, but it's rare when I get a shot of one coming, rather than going :lol

    More Egrets from Seaworld
There are indeed alot of Egret in the sunshine state. One more from Seaworld. These are "wild" birds that show up for the free food. I'm stuck on laptop with only elements so I couldn't recover some blown areas. Will reprocess the RAW image when I get home.

    Hey Ginger,

We guarantee your satisfaction. Trish will personally ensure that you get an egret not an Ibis, heron or woodstork. rolleyes1.gif

    Hey Steve,

Great EIF shot (Egret in flight shot, they deserve a special category apart from BIFs :D ).

The only egret shot we'll see from :fish will be from a BBQ:(:
