I'm new to smugmug so I don't know the answer, but if they don't do business cards...

Yup, I've had great luck with these folks for both biz cards and postcards.

I use VistaPrint for most of my printing needs. They always have free offers. I make my designs on PS and upload them. They have templates that are easy to use. Good luck!!!
