Commercial Digital Downloads - How do I enable them?

I want to set pricing for an entire gallery so that images can be downloaded for commercial use. I set the pricing (actually test pricing, I am trying to determine fair pricing now) and updated the gallery, yet when I go to the download tab the oricing is there but the images are not available for download.

Hi, try "Visitor View" (button top of your homepage) and see your pricing and site like a customer would.
