Practically new, this is the Home & Student edition. That means it has all basic stuff (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint). This also has 3 (THREE!) valid keys. You can install it on 3 different machines, which is great for those of us running laptop and main machine.
This includes the original DVD Case but not the original retail box. I got it on Amazon.com in January and it is 100% legal. I used one of the keys but have since installed 2008 (not an upgrade) and released that key so you will have all 3 valid keys.
Any questions, just ask.

Open to trades for camera stuff....no idea what would be in the same price range though. Maybe a camera bag or Hoya filter? I'm looking for a 58mm or 67mm IR filter if you got one to trade.
