In The Holy Land With a New Camera

I was lucky enough to get my hands on an absolutely incredible little camera before I left on this trip to Israel. This trip was one that I will never forget, even though I spent most of the time working. Anyways, it has been a long time since I have posted on dgrin. I am interested to hear what you think about this pic. There will be more to follow.. much more with this camera I am sure. By the way.. the camera is the Sigma DP1.

    What an odd contrast between the clean shinny ground compared to the deteriorating weed bearing grand wall. I love this picture. I would love to see it on a 30x40 print.

    This is incredible. It gives me a sense of awe. The wall is much taller than I thought. I like the contrast and subdued color. Israel is a place I long to visit. I'm very anxious to see more of these photos. thumb.gif
