Allen made the good suggestion I post this question/request here.
Is there a way in the Guesbook Gallery to change the words 'Gallery' to 'Site'?
EX:
Susan Ellsworth wrote about this gallery on Mar 26th
to

My guestbook, like possibly others guestbooks, is a landing spot for viewers to post comments about the site not a specific gallery. I don't even have a gallery on the guestbook page.
