    is this hollywood on la brea i think?? to be honest many of your shot are more interesting and you know i am a animal shooter so you have to take it for what it is worth and i like many of your shots Jeff

    Yes Jeff it's on La Brea at Romaine. An old hold out for the past 53 years as the neighborhood has grown up around it.

    Angelo, this has promise. I like the composition and the subject is interesting. It would be good to get more drama in the sky. The blown areas in the clouds bother me. I once helped Ginger with a similar problem. Take a look at this:

    Yikes! That's a lot to take in. I will study it ASAP and give your method a try. I think it will be worth the effort. I have to figure out how to convert/apply your lesson to my software. I'll let you know when I'm ready to re-post an edited version. Thanks for looking and advising.
