Where to send my Canon 30D? (spots...)

I do use the CooperHill sensor cleaning method... with no fear!... and still anything over an f6 and a blue sky (!!!) remains 3 spots. Must be in the camera somewhere else besides the sensor. I never change the lens while out, I use the camera every day, mostly in dusty and windy and not too good conditions and I think it has to go in!... Anyone recommending a reliable outfit?
Thanks... and be well.
Ara

PS: of course I now have to buy another body!!!

Is there an authorized Canon repair facility close by? That would be my first recommendation.

I assume you've made sure the lens is spotless as well?
