The weather was crap. Overcast, misty, light rain, and in the upper 40's. Because of the fog, I wasn't able to get many shots of things in the distance, but got some nice shots up close.

    Very nice series with great compositions.
    I've been watching the weather - hoping the rain and wind doesn't end up blowing away all of the blossoms!
    I'm aiming for an early morning shoot tomorrow - hope the skies open up to let in some nice light.
    Anyone else interested in a sunrise shoot?

    Thanks for posting - we were lucky with the weather when we stopped by to see them on the 29th, but the crowds had us beating a hasty retreat after a few quick shots. We're going to try our luck again after we get off work today.

    Next year I'll have a macro lens and will have more close ups.
